يسرّ المورد الثقافي أن يعلن عن تعيين رشا صلاح مديرةً جديدة للمؤسسة، على أن تباشر مهام الإدارة في الأول من شهر تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2026.
رشا صلاح مديرة ثقافية وقيّمة فنية، تتمتّع بخبرة تمتدّ لأكثر من عقدين في خدمة القطاع الثقافي في المنطقة العربية، تعاونت خلالها مع عدد من الفنانين والمؤسسات الثقافية والجهات المانحة. يأتي تعيينها في وقتٍ يستعدّ فيه المورد لبلورة توجّهاته الاستراتيجية للأعوام 2027-2031 وتوسيع آفاق عمله في المنطقة العربية والمهجر.
خلال مسيرتها المهنية، عملت رشا صلاح في مجالات متنوّعة ضمن القطاع الثقافي، شملت إدارة المؤسسات ودعم الفنانين وتعزيز التبادل الثقافي وتطوير منصات وبرامج جديدة ومبتكرة. تخرّجت من جامعة بوردو في فرنسا، حيث تخصّصت في التنمية الاجتماعية والثقافية، وتولّت منذ ذلك الحين أدواراً قيادية واستشارية وتنظيمية متنوّعة في مختلف أنحاء المنطقة العربية.
شغلت صلاح منصب المديرة التنفيذية لدار النمر للفنون والثقافة في لبنان، حيث أسهمت في بلورة رسالة المؤسسة ورؤيتها، وأشرفت على تنسيق معارض بارزة، كما صمّمت برامج عامّة أتاحت للمؤسسة الوصول إلى جمهور أوسع والتفاعل مع مجتمعات متنوّعة. ومن خلال عملها مع الصندوق العربي للثقافة والفنون (آفاق)، أدارت مجموعة واسعة من برامج المنح، وأسهمت في بناء شبكة من العلاقات مع الفنانين والعاملين في المجال الثقافي والمؤسسات الشريكة في مختلف أنحاء المنطقة.
عملت مؤخراً كمستشارة أولى لدى هيئة المتاحف في المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث أشرفت على المعارض والبرامج الثقافية التي هدفت إلى تسليط الضوء على إرث المملكة وتوسيع دائرة جمهورها على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي.
إلى جانب عملها داخل المؤسسات الثقافية، تشمل خبرة صلاح تعاونات ومبادرات ثقافية مستقلة، حيث تعاونت مع منصة العلاقات الثقافية الأوروبية، وأسهمت في إعداد دراسة تناولت واقع المشهد الفني والثقافي اللبناني والتحوّلات التي شهدها؛ كما أسّست مهرجان “عراقيّات” في لبنان بتكليف من مؤسسة روزا لوكسمبورغ شتيفتونغ، وتولّت تطوير وتنظيم نسخته الأولى التي قدّمت للفنانين العراقيين منصّة للتعبير عن تجاربهم ووجهات نظرهم.
تنضمّ رشا صلاح إلى المورد في مرحلة مفصليّة من مسار تطوّر المؤسسة. فبعد اجتماع الجمعية العمومية الذي عُقد في بيروت في 9 و10 أيلول/سبتمبر، تتجّه المؤسسة إلى بلورة توجّهاتها الاستراتيجية للأعوام الخمسة المقبلة. ويأتي اختيار صلاح لتولّي هذا الدور في ضوء خبرتها الواسعة في العمل الثقافي في المنطقة، ومعرفتها العميقة بسياقاتها المختلفة، إلى جانب شبكة علاقاتها الممتدّة مع الفنانين والمؤسسات والعاملين في المجال الثقافي.
في المرحلة المقبلة، ستعمل رشا صلاح مع فريق المورد الثقافي وشركائه وشبكته الثقافية على تعزيز التعاون في قطاع الثقافة والفنون، ودعم حرية التعبير الفني، وترسيخ دور المؤسسة وحضورها في المنطقة العربية والمهجر.

المورد الثقافي (المورد) مؤسسة إقليمية غير ربحية تأسست عام 2003، تسعى إلى دعم الإبداع الفني وتشجيع التبادل الثقافي داخل المنطقة العربية وخارجها، كما تهدف إلى تعزيز المنظومة الحيوية الثقافية والدفاع عن حقوق الفنانين والفاعلين الثقافيين، إلى جانب تحفيز الخيال والمساهمة في ابتكار حلول لمواجهة التحديات الإقليمية. تتنوّع أشكال الدعم التي تقدّمها المؤسسة للفنانين والفاعلين الثقافيين، بمن فيهم المعرّضين للخطر، وكذلك المؤسسات والمبادرات الثقافية في المنطقة العربية والمهجر، وتشمل منح الإنتاج ومنح دعم التنقّل والدعم المؤسساتي؛ وبرامج بناء القدرات؛ والمنشورات؛ والتشبيك؛ والترويج للأعمال الإبداعية المستقلّة؛ فضلاً عن الأبحاث والعمل على السياسات الثقافية.

تستند المؤسسة في عملها إلى الإيمان بالدور الجوهري الذي تلعبه الثقافة في تنمية المجتمع المدني وبأهمية إتاحة الثقافة للجميع وبحق الفنانين في التعبير بحرّية

على مرّ السنين، تمكنت مؤسسة المورد الثقافي من دعم أكثر من ثلاثة آلاف من الفنانين والفاعلين الثقافيين والمؤسسات والمبادرات الثقافية والفنية، ومن الوصول إلى آلاف الجماهير من أفراد ومجتمعات محلية من خلال أنشطتها وخدماتها، وهي مستمرة بتطوير عملها والمحافظة على كونها نموذجاً إيجابياً لمؤسسة ثقافية مستقلة تعتمد الشفافية والمصداقية كمعايير أساسية لعملها.

*Mawred Announces Rasha Salah as New Director*

Al-Mawred Al-Thaqafy (Culture Resource) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rasha Salah as its new Director, effective 1 October 2026.
A cultural leader, curator, and long-standing contributor to the cultural sector across the Arab region, Rasha Salah brings more than two decades of experience working with artists, cultural institutions, foundations, and public bodies. Her appointment comes as Mawred prepares its strategic direction for 2027–2031 and looks towards the next chapter of its work across the region and its diaspora.
Rasha Salah has built her career across different parts of the cultural landscape, combining institutional leadership with support for artists, cultural exchange and the development of new platforms and programs. She studied social and cultural development at the University of Bordeaux in France and has since worked across the Arab region in leadership, advisory, and curatorial roles.
Salah served as Executive Director of the Dar El-Nimer Foundation for Arts and Culture in Lebanon, where she contributed to shaping the institution’s mission and vision, led major exhibitions, and developed public programs connecting the institution with diverse communities. At the Arab Fund for Arts and Culture (AFAC), she managed grant programs and developed relationships with artists, cultural practitioners, and partner organizations across the region.
Most recently, Rasha Salah served as Senior Advisor to the Museums Commission in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, overseeing exhibitions and cultural programs that brought the country’s heritage into dialogue with wider regional and international audiences.
Her work has also extended beyond fixed roles in established institutions. Through her collaboration with the European Cultural Relations platform, Rasha Salah contributed to research into the Lebanese art scene and its changing cultural landscape. She also founded the “Iraqism” festival in Lebanon, commissioned by the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation, developing and leading its inaugural edition as a platform for Iraqi artists and their perspectives.
Rasha Salah joins Mawred at an important moment in its development. Following the General Assembly meeting held in Beirut on 9–10 September, the organization is beginning to shape its strategic direction for the coming five years. Her appointment brings together deep regional knowledge, experience across different cultural contexts, and an extensive network of relationships with artists, institutions and cultural practitioners.
In leading Mawred, Rasha Salah will work with its team, partners and cultural communities to strengthen collaboration across the arts and culture sector, support artistic freedom of expression, and further develop the organization’s role and presence across the broader region and its diaspora.

Culture Resource (Al-Mawred Al-Thaqafy / Mawred) is a regional non-profit organization founded in 2003 that enables artistic creativity and encourages cultural exchange within the region and beyond. It seeks to strengthen the ecosystem for cultural work and defend the rights of artists & cultural actors while fostering imagination and steering future solutions to key regional challenges. The organization supports artists & cultural actors, including those at risk, and cultural institutions & initiatives, whether based in the Arab region or the diaspora, through multiple forms, including: production, mobility and institutional grants; capacity building; publications; networking; promotion of independent creative works; and policy research and action.
The work of the organization is predicated on the belief in the critical role of culture in the development of civil society, the importance of access to culture for all, and the rights of artists to freedom of expression.
Over the years, Culture Resource has been able to support more than three thousand artists and cultural actors, as well as cultural and artistic institutions and initiatives, and reach thousands of audience members across different parts of the Arab region through its activities and services, and continues to serve as a positive model of a credible and transparent independent organization.
